I ordered shock aborber set for my car they canceled and refunded one part of it without asking me first if I still even wanted to proceed with the order not only that the peice that was canceled is on the site sold separately why couldn't they just send that instead. I already payed to get my car fix at the shop now I have to get the missing peice and pay again. I ASKED TO GET THE PEICE SENT TO ME FOR SAME PRICE and they told me they could not how is that my fault.FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYING!!!!! Jay is the worst customer service rep I dont know if he is lazy or just doesnt care but his replis sounded as if he didnt even care and took forever to reply.

TONY was awesome !! He was clear and professional and kind.
I highly recommend him as your front saleman.

My name is Earnest Pettis I purchased a Catalytic Convertor for my 2009 Camry LE 4cyl in February 2022 from Carparts.com Tracking # 2899 3558 8480 Carton ID LSI 209579G20, on my way home last night after just over 6 months since installation I had a service engine light appear and after having a diagnostic test run this morning 9-14-2022 was informed the Catalytic convertor had gone bad!! Now reaching out to see how this can problem can be rectified because the former one lasted 12 years and surely this one to only last 6 months is more than disappointing!

CarParts.com has just become my go to place for parts. Their description of the part I needed (right side outside mirror, heated, turn signal, backing plate) was so detailed that I KNEW it was going to fit my old truck. Came today and perfect! Thank you CarParts.com.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this site. My side mirror broke, and I didn't know where to go, seeing that most Auto Parts stores were expensive. Great site, can find most parts but every part i ordered had some shipping delay. Either the part was delayed in warehouse or in transit. Too many excuses. These places are quick to take your money and leave you stranded.

I'm very satisfied how easy it was to make my online order without all of the confusion and hassle also l would recommend ordering from this company to my relatives and friends 😊
